What is included with my rental?
Every reservation includes a premium electric bike, a sanitised helmet (available in multiple sizes), and a high-security lock. For rentals exceeding 24 hours, a charger is also provided.
How does concierge delivery work?
During checkout, you'll specify your delivery address (Hotel, Airbnb, or Residence). Our concierge team will confirm a time window and meet you there to hand over the bike, perform a safety check, and ensure you're comfortable with its operation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Flexibility is key. You may reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
Can I ride on the beach?
Yes, but with care. We ask that beach rides are returned the same day so our team can perform a detailed cleaning and anti-corrosion service immediately to protect the equipment.
